SHAMMAH REWARDS

Effective on Jul 15, 2018 These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement in electronic form between you ("you," "your" "yourself" and/or "Member") and Lanxi Shammah New Material Technology Co., Ltd.. ("Sponsor") ("Sponsor," "we," "us" and/or "our") and its successors.

Ⅰ. General Information 1. Shammah Rewards is offered by Lanxi Shammah New Material Technology Co., Ltd., is sometimes individually referred to as "Sponsor." These Terms and Conditions are subject to interpretation by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are governed by CHINA law without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws. 2. Members must be in good standing with the Shammah Rewards Program in order to earn Shammah Rewards points from https://Shammahpacking.en.alibaba.com/. 3. Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions for its Program at any time without notice. This includes modifying, altering, adding or deleting point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios, conditions for membership in the Member Levels program, Earning Participants or Rewards Participants (as defined below) to the Shammah Rewards Program at any time without notice. In addition, Shammah Rewards may convert the Shammah Rewards Program and Members' points into different awards programs having different point values at any time without notice. This means, in the case of Shammah Rewards, that the number of points needed to reach a reward level may be increased, the time for earning them reduced, or the rewards changed, so you may not be able to obtain, earn or claim certain rewards no matter how long you participate in Shammah Rewards. Sponsor may terminate the Program at any time without notice, without further obligation to the Member. Regardless of the amount of time you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate additional Shammah Rewards points or other Program currency and claim rewards under the Program may be terminated and all accrued Shammah Rewards points in your account cancelled immediately after termination of the Program is announced. 5. Only individuals that are 18 years of age or older may enroll in the Program; such individuals will hereafter be referred to as "Members" of the Program, or "Shammah Rewards Members". Corporations, groups and other entities are not eligible. Members may not maintain more than one account or share accounts. 6. Shammah Rewards points can be redeemed for the merchandise above. 7. Except as may otherwise be required under applicable law, Shammah Rewards points expire two (2) years after being posted to the Member's account, unless the points are forfeited or cancelled earlier due to membership inactivity or otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 8. Shammah Rewards points in a Member's account do not constitute property of the Member, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred during or after the Member's life, by operation of law or otherwise. 9. All accrued points in a Member's Shammah Rewards account may be cancelled or forfeited if the Member has no Account Activity (as defined below) for a period of six (6) consecutive months. 10. "Account Activity" is defined as any point earning, redemption involving a change in the Member's Shammah Rewards point balance. 11. Sponsor, at its option, may send to Members periodic statements by mail or electronically. Members may access their Shammah Rewards point balance and earning history at any time online or by calling Shammah Rewards Member Services at the applicable number provided in Section I(2) of these Terms and Conditions. 12. Members are responsible for communicating name and address change information to the Program via the Shammah Rewards website or by calling Shammah Rewards Member Services (see Section I(2) above for telephone numbers). 13. In the event that any Shammah Rewards points is erroneously posted to a Member's account, Sponsor may have them removed from the Member's account. 14. The personal information you provide is maintained in a database (the "Membership Database") that is owned and/or controlled by Lanxi Shammah New Material Technology Co., Ltd., By joining the Program, you are consenting to the collection, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice, as well as the transfer of your personal information to the CHINA for the purpose of enrolling in and administering the Shammah Rewards Program.
Ⅱ. Earning Rewards Points 1. Members can earn Shammah Rewards points purchases through our Alibaba Website on https://Shammahpacking.en.alibaba.com/. 2. Members earn ONE Rewards Points when spend USD ONE dollor based on FOB price on category AIR COULUMN BAG. Caution ! Other category items are NOT in Shammah Rewards Program. For example, Tom bought 1000 PCS 'D8*H32cm Air Protection Wine Packing Bags Inflatable Column Bag' FOB amount USD160.00. However he asked to CIF to his port. So the CIF amount is USD 270.00. He would get 160 Rewards Points after he confirmed the arrival of the cargo. 2. Shammah Rewards points will usually be posted to a Member's account within two to four days after your confirmation of the arrival the cargo. 3.sponsor may cancel Shammah Rewards points which earned by the purchased goods to be refund on sponsor by the member.
III. Redeeming 1. Members can redeem Shammah Rewards points for the various merchandise more particularly described in above. 2. Points will be deducted from the Member's account at the time the redemption request is made. 3. All redemptions are final and rewards may not be returned for credit . 4.The freight of the reward merchandise from the sponsor to members shall be beared by members. 5. All rewards are subject to availability and certain conditions and limitations established by the applicable Rewards Participant that are in effect at the time of redemption, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Expiration and blackout dates may apply. Members may not be able to combine rewards with other discounts or special offers of Rewards Participants. 6.Rewards are not otherwise transferable or redeemable for cash. Rewards will not be replaced or reissued, nor points re-credited to a Member's account if the reward is lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. Sponsor and its affiliates, Rewards Participants and contractors will not be responsible for rewards or correspondence which are lost or delayed by the Mailer or by another delivery service. 7. Rewards may change from time to time. For the most up-to-date list of rewards, see the "Shammah Rewards" tab on the Shammah Rewards website or call Shammah Rewards Member Services at the applicable number provided in Section I(2) of these Terms and Conditions. Rewards will be offered at pre-determined point levels, set forth on the Rewards Schedule. 8. Should a product be discontinued or withdrawn, Sponsor may substitute a product of equivalent value, if available, or cancel your order and make an appropriate refund. 9. Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in merchandise descriptions and product values. In this event, Sponsor reserves the right to notify the Member of the correct description or value before merchandise is shipped. 10. Sponsor cannot accept responsibility for delays or inability to fulfill for any cause beyond its control, such as fire, explosion, action of the elements, strikes or other differences with workers; restrictions or restraints imposed by law, rules or other order of public authority; or interruption of transportation. 11. There are NO warranty applies to all reward items offered.
